Love this place!! Molly was so great! It was my son’s second haircut and he went absolutely crazy! Molly was so kind about it and was able to still give him an excellent haircut! I am very impressed! We will be back!

I had great experience at Pigtails and Crewcuts with my son! Upon walking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The salon is decorated well and appeared very clean. I was excited to see that they have a playroom for the kids to play in while you wait. We came in for my son's very first haircut and I was a little nervous having never done this before. But Ms. Charlene was so much fun! I appreciate how friendly and patient she was with him. For the first haircut you're given a keepsake photo, a piece of their hair, a small toy from their treasure chest and a snack. My son was also given a 4th of July pinwheel for the upcoming holiday! Overall, the experience exceeded my expectation, relieved all nerves I had about having his hair cut and has me excited to take him back for the next one!

Mrs. Charlene was PHENOMENAL. We took out almost 2 year old to get a haircut and we knew he wasn't going to be okay with someone getting close to head and touching him. She was so patient and adapted to what made him comfortable, and was able to give him a great haircut quickly. The whole environment was perfect for children. It was clean, had tons of stuff for them to touch and play with. We were able to get a printed picture with the date and a lock of his hair for his first haircut, him and his sister got a toy, and the even have a 7 day garentee where you can come back and they can touch it up. Thank you guys so much for you kindness, patience, and for such an amazing experience!
